AACK!! I'm bloggin' and I can't get up!! This has become quite the little obsession, er, pasttime of mine over these past few weeks. I look so forward each evening to sitting down in front of the big shiny box and catching up with my new friends in blog-land! Unfortunately, though, I find myself hours later having accomplished nothing in my own home because I am too busy reading about all of the domestic goddesses and their newly completed projects and renovations. This is putting way too much pressure on me, since I am Procrastinator Polly and really only have a beautiful home and completed projects in my head, not in reality. Living in other fabulous women's shadows can be a bit overwhelming if you don't put things in to their proper perspective. I mean, yes it would be so great if my home were currently clean. And if all of my projects were at least somewhat underway, if not completed even. That would be so awesome! Then I could post pictures on my blog of the things I have done. Unfortunately, I have also procrastinated on learning how to put pictures on my blog and so the pressure to perform continues...
Come on, girl - be strong. I am about to get up from here and go do what I am supposed to do tonight - prepare for my two bible studies for this week. There, now I will have a brief moment of pride in myself for accomplishing something today, too. Kudos to all of you fabulous blog-girls for your wonderful blogs and homes, and a pat on the back for me for recognizing that I just don't measure up and it just doesn't matter!! But rest assured that I will be back in touch very soon, since there are no BA (bloggers anonymous) meetings near my home...

Oh please dont give up! I will help you with your picture loading if I can. I not that great but I will help with the little that I do know. It can be a bit over.loading at times. Just pace yourself and know that everyone has unfinished projects. God isnt finished with me yet,hehe. Hang in there my new friend~
Lana, YES we will enable you, oh what I meant to say is HELP you, learn to post pics on your blog. It's easy enough that I can do it! I just read this post, AND your comment on my blog....you crazy girl, yes we could be sisters with all the things we have in common. I could have written this post, because we're in the same boat, except my boat does have pic posting down....that's the only difference!! :)
I love reading about you and your kids.....don't stop now!

Lana - Oh yes...it does matter. So, please don't pull back now. I LOVE reading your blog.
Probably should have shared this sooner, but hopefully now is a perfect time. A dose of your unmatched, crazy humor, which by the way always seems to get posted at just the right time, does more for me (and I imagine many others) than you could ever know. Your Krispy Kreme post still has me chuckling!
And while I intend no slight to all those great decorating, crafty blogs, truthfully, I can get great design ideas from a multitude of sources..but, a friend whose words can make me laugh out loud or touch my heart, particularly when she shares her love of God and family, well now...that's a real treasure.
So, please...keep 'em coming!
