A week of graduations!

This is a big week for the Mason family! We have 3 graduates in our family, beginning with Isabelle's preschool graduation held yesterday. Isabelle is our very first pixie-girl (granddaughter, for those who don't speak Lana-talk) and she is as bright and smart and funny as the pictures above show. (Try to ignore the massive head to the right of our graduate, that is just her very proud Mimi jumping in the shot.) Isabelle has been a blessing to us from the beginning, when she made her entrance into this world on Christmas Day, 2003. Her birth was our best gift that year! And since then she has made us laugh with her antics, and she is a favorite of her little sister Ava, as well as her cousins Ansley and Ellie. Isabelle is the ring-leader of the pixies here at Mimi's house, and she wields her authority with much grace and dignity. (hey, it's graduation week so we have to use big words like this to imply much pomp and circumstance!) Izzy had a speaking part in her graduation program, which she did flawlessly. And the singing and bell-ringing were par excellence. I know that when she hits the kindergarden class this fall that Isabelle will be a star!! She has a sweet spirit that just makes you want to hug her, and I pray that God will keep her under His wing always.

Our other two graduates this week will be Isabelle's daddy, and my sweet son, Matthew and his younger brother and our baby, Cameron. Matt graduates from the fire training academy on Friday and Cameron from high school on Sunday. More to come, with pics, of both of these proud moments!!
